An Extremely rare opportunity to acquire this very large property in Dokiowzi approximately 47 miles from the capital Sophia located in a mountain Village not too far from the village centre. This property has a lot of potential uses once it has been completely refurbished. Locally, opportunities exist for hunting ,hiking, skiing in the winter months, the property is a short drive to a number of world class mineral spa’s. Alternatively it can be used as an artists retreat or just as your own private hideaway. The population of Uk is 60 Million plus the population of Bulgaria is 15-20 Million , so clearly there are less Gypsy's in Bulgaria than UK. Crime levels much less than UK.
