If no personalised details are received a message will be sent requesting them within 24hrs of receiving your order. If there is no response to this message another will be sent stating that your item will be dispatched unless we get a response. If we have no contact from you or vague/limited details after 48 hours of placing your order, unfortunately your item will be dispatched and as it is seen in the main listing picture of the gallery.

DISPATCH AND SHIPPING

Postage and packaging are FREE and your print will be sent in a cello bag and board backed envelope via Royal Mail. Prints are normally sent out the same day or within 24hrs of receiving your details, although during busier periods this may extend to a 48hr dispatch time. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
