They come pre filled, are 100% cotton and machine washable.

We use Hermes or Royal Mail's second class post for free delivery. Unfortunately personalised items have no value once personalised and as such we urge you to take care that no mistakes are made when ordering as we cannot accept returns once any item has been personalised. We will copy the information you supply us in order to fulfill your order. We will contact you if the wording does not seem 'right' but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure all spellings/wording are correct. If you wish to consider returning a non-personalised gift, then please contact us initially. All goods must be returned in the same packaging in a 're-saleable' condition in which they arrived. In the rare case any purchase arrives damaged from transit or does not arrive after 5 working days from dispatch date, then please contact us and we will follow up your enquiry.
