Dispatch Times:

Here at Signtech graphics we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day but during busy periods this is not always possible so please allow up to 4 working days for your item to be dispatched.

Delivery:

Small Items - All of our small decals and graphics are dispatched via Royal mails 1st class delivery service. We offer recorded delivery on these items for a small extra charge.

Medium sized items (e.g. Bumper strips, Side stripes) -   Are dispatched via Royal mails 1st class recorded delivery service and we also offer delivery via  24 hour courier service (delivery's Monday-Friday) for a small additional charge on these items.

Large sized & heavy items (e.g. Roof kits, A0 Posters, Large vinyl orders) - Are dispatched via 24 hour courier service (delivery's Monday-Friday).

If the courier is unable to deliver your item they will leave a card at the delivery address stating there contact details to arrange redelivery. If the buyer does not contact the courier to arrange redelivery within 5 days the item will be returned to ourselves and the buyer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item to us for a refund the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging, please be aware that we will only refund the item cost and not the delivery cost. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. If you receive your item in a damaged condition please get in contact with us as soon as possible and supply us with photos of any damage.   We will then make a decision to issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement item.
