VW GOLF GTI 16V MK3 Finished in LC9Z (Black Magic Pearl). Current owner 14 years, Purchased it with 40K Miles on the clock & has done all miles since. Factory A/C Just passed 150,000 miles and has been extremely reliable.  6 Months MOT remaining. Feel free to view MOT history online.  Original ABF engine which runs spot on, with no faults Cambelt & clutch replaced recently. Could do with a service due to being stood in garage for around 6-8 Months un-used. I would recommend all fluids to be changed (Engine oil & filter, Coolant & Gearbox oil). Full service history present along with a healthy amount of paperwork for maintenance over the years.  Sigma Alarm/Immobiliser The sills were welded a few years ago, so they are all ok. Structurally, the car is fine, but the exterior requires attention. No lights on the dashboard, ABS is working all ok. Headliner is great, no sagging New rear tyre which was fitted today, so the original alloy has been fitted since the photos were taken. New Bosch battery fitted recently.  Negative points: Exterior needs attention, both doors have rust scabs, same for the wings etc. I have uploaded detailed photos of the main areas which require attention. You can use the car as it is, but would be nice to put it back to full health as there is not many MK3 16V's on the road now !  Exhaust has a leak, I believe it is from either the back or Middle box. When steering at low speed, it makes a noise which is coming from the front springs.  Track rod ends are due replacement (See MOT advisories)  O/S rear tyre has a nail, holds air fine but has been noted as an advisory on recent MOT. Front fogs, indicators & blanks needs replacing Hole in driver side bolster, size of approx 2 pence coin. Could do with upgraded headlamp bulbs, as the current ones are very dim. With a bit of work, it can be a very nice car. It has a lot of potential! Genuine reason for sale, purchased a new car & no longer has use for the golf. Any questions, feel free to message!
