Delivery mainland UK for all standard shipping costs which is usually included in the price unless stated otherwise. However, Scottish Highlands & Islands will cost an extra £9.00. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isle of Scilly will cost an extra £11.00. Sending items to the Isle Of Wight will cost an extra £5.00. If you are unsure please message us via ebay with your postcode. These prices are based on items up to 20kg and under 1.5 meter. PLEASE NOTE: A message will be sent after purchase if you have an address in these areas. You will have 48hrs to respond or the order will be cancelled. Larger items and pallets will cost more. If you need a pallet sent to the named areas above then please message us for a quote. All items ordered before 1pm Mon - Fri are dispatched the same day using a 48 hour courier service. All items ordered over the weekend are dispatched on the Monday.

Only parts listed on our invoice are covered by the guarantee.

All parts supplied are marked with our unique code; removal of these marks will invalidate your guarantee.

No modification or dismantle of any parts are authorised, failure to comply with these terms will invalidate your guarantee. Also, if you receive a part and you believe there to be parts missing, we do ask for you to contact us within 48hrs after receiving it with clear images of where you believe the missing parts to be. If you contact us after 48hrs then we may have reason to believe that the part has been tampered with.  

If the purchase of a item being surplus to requirements we will accept the return of the item less a 20% charge for handling and administration/restocking charges, and the cost of postage to you, from the refund, and must be returned within 7 Days.

All items are checked before been shipped. If any items are not satisfactory we will exchange them for you or you can return for a refund and must be returned within 7 Days.

All engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing cam-belt/chain; new filters and new oil to the correct level upon fitting. Failure to follow these instructions will result in the guarantee being voided.

All gearboxes must be filled with new oil, to the correct level upon installation. Auto gearboxes must be fitted with the torque converter, failure to do so will invalidate your guarantee.

All parts supplied are based on a Parts Only, We would not accept any responsibility for labour charges incurred in fitting or removal of parts purchased from ourselves. Nor do we accept any responsibility for vehicle hire charges or any other consequential loss.

Should you wish to return electrical items such as Electric window regulators, ECU units, and sensors, relays these are entailing 20% charge for handling and administration /restocking charges, and the cost of postage to you, from the refund, and must be returned within 7 Days.

In the event of validating the guarantee should we ask for receipt, photos, reports these must be provided within 7day.  If advice/opinion is given, we would not be held responsible for the opinion given, please refer to your cars manufacturer or main dealer.
