We are a small family run business located in Lincolnshire.  We visit Indonesia on a regular basis where we personally choose individual items and we import these ourselves, undertake quality control inspections, before carefully packaging and sending via courier on a 2-5 days delivery time.

  Postage :  We use Hermes, DPD or UPS depending on the weight and size of the  parcel. The service we use is trackable and if the item is of high  value, glass mosaic or fragile the item will require a signature (to try  and avoid courier throwing the parcel over a fence or jamming them into  a wheelie bin). If you have any special requirements (a safe place to  put a parcel or no compliment slip in the box etc) please just ask, we  are very down to earth and approachable.

Hand made items : Most  of our items are truly hand made, meaning that each item is somewhat  unique. We inspect every item before we send them out, we are honest  people and if there is anything that sticks out like a sore thumb we may  contact you to see if your still happy.

Dispatch Times : We aim to pack and dispatch orders as soon as  we can (within an hour). We are a small family run business though and  sometimes family life can slow us down a little so it may be as late as  next day.
