  Return & Refund Policy

  At the Art Deco Emporium. we try to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase experience, however we accept that despite all our best efforts sometimes items can get damaged in transit or quite simply you, the buyer, may change your mind. We request you contact us within fourteen days from time of receipt of any intention to return an item to us. Use the eBay resolution facility to open a case requesting an item return and provide as much detail as possible. We will then supply full instruction on how to proceed and where to return the item. You a total of thirty days to open a case and return an item. Should the item prove to be faulty we will reimburse all reasonable return costs provided the item is in our possession within the thirty days, thereafter it will be at our discretion.
