Vintage Chatham Potters Dutch Oven American Bicentennial Eagle Stoneware Heavy stoneware Dutch oven made in the U.S.A. by the Chatham Potters Company of Oswego, Kansas. Produced for the American Bicentennial in 1976 and features an eagle in deep relief on both sides. The pot is glazed in a lovely speckled golden tan on the exterior and a glossy teal on the interior. This piece is unmarked but collectors will easily recognize it.  Very good vintage condition. No scratches, chips, or cracks. Light wear on outside bottom. Covered dish measures approximately 6" H x 9.5" Handle-to-Handle and weighs 5 lbs ! Bowl (without lid) measures approximately 4" H x 7.5" Diameter.
