I like to be completely honest, open, and upfront when doing business, therefore i have outlined my T&C's when creating a legally binding contract; in the form of a sale.  Please feel free to have a read and ask any questions you may have  prior to any sale, i will always do my best to help.

Dispatch Times	We dispatch all goods on the day payment is received.  If you experience a delay, 9 out of 10 it is outside my control, however, I can investigate with the courier.  If there is a public holiday, or I am on holiday, please understand dispatch will occur after the holiday period has ended; I always turn on my out of office when on holiday, so eBay should tell you when making the purchase.
Item Not Received	All items are dispatched with a tracking number, regardless of size.  I'll attach the tracking number to every sale via eBay, if you have not received your item, please check the tracking information and then contact me. I will then be able to investigate its location and escalate to the courier if needed.
Damages/Returns	Please review each listing on its return policy, some listings are non-returnable.  If you are unsure, please contact me so I can clarify.  If you have received a damaged item, please record all evidence and notify me within 24 hours of receipt; I will escalate a claim to the courier.
Collection	If collecting, cash on collection is required due to a few dishonest people with PayPal claims, stating they had not received their item.  Any handover is done on CCTV, which also records audio; be warned.
Purchased in Error	PayPal has changed its policy and is keeping all fees regardless whether we refund you or not.  Should you wish to cancel the transaction and paid via PayPal, we will deduct these fees from your refund, plus eBay's commission.  I know this is unfair and unmoral, but unfortunately these big companies don't play fair and everyone wishes to use them.  An example of this condition is if we say an item is collection only, and the buyer purchases without due care.
FREE UK Postage	Free postage may not cover the Highlands & Ireland, (including Northern Ireland), please check with me first by sending me your postcode if unsure.  Free postage only covers main land UK.
International Postage	I ship to everywhere around the world.  To receive a quote, please use eBay's global shipping programme.  If eBay does not offer international shipping, please contact me for a quote.  If you preferred to arrange your own shipping, you are more than welcome.
Postal Insurance	If we are shipping an item to you, postal Insurance is included in the postal charge.  Should you discover a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours.
Legals	If buying under an auction, as per UK Law, the Buyer acknowledges that the sale IS NOT a consumer sale for the purposes of the Sale of Goods Act 1979, amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.  The Buyer agrees they shall not seek to reply upon, any conditions or warranties implied, thereby or by any other legislation.  All items are 'Sold as Seen' with no grading or guarantees, and can include used items, salvage, raw returns, ex-display, repossessed and seized goods.  In the event of a misuse of Bay’s money back & returns policy, we will seek compensation.  County Court Judgements will be issued where costs are unfairly incurred.  Please speak to Trading Standards or the Citizen Advice Bureau on your legal standing, and about this paragraph.
Viewings	We always recommend and encourage the potential buyer to view the goods prior to bidding/purchasing.  Viewing is normally available 7 days a week, but please give me as much notice as possible.  I work long hours (60 to 70hrs per week), and throughout the UK, so I may not be available on the day you wish to view.  If you have any questions, please ask before the auction ends, I will always do my best to help.
