These boxes have been specially designed to fit within the Royal Mail Large Letter price band so you can minimise your carriage costs whilst sending your items in a strong, durable and professional looking box.

Shipping Information:

All orders originating from the UK mainland have free shipping regardless of item or quantity ordered and orders with a value of over £30 are automatically sent tracked with our courier service. We CAN ship to the Scottish Isles, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. However, you need to contact us first quoting what item and quantity you require so we can invoice you for any additional carriage costs incurred, before your order can be processed.

Returns & Cancellations:

We accept all returns requested or sent within 30 days of the orders expected arrival date, regardless of the reason for the return. We may accept returns of orders older than this under certain circumstances. It is the customers responsibility for any carriage costs incurred in returning the order to us unless the item is incorrect, damaged or defective. You can cancel your order at any point before it has been shipped by contacting us and requesting a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please note some orders may have been shipped several hours before they are marked as dispatched.
