If you have not received your item within the time frame quoted, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can return any new and unused item to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of what you have paid us. You will need to pay any return costs to us. Alternatively, we can arrange a collection for you form your home or work - these start from £10 for smaller items up to £50 for larger items.

Most new items come with a 12 month warranty against faulty parts or craftsmanship - those that do not will have it stated in the item description. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion, and cover any reasonable costs incurred by the customer. However, please contact us before acting on any problems, or the warranty will be void.
