Postage and Dispatch Policy

All items can be collected from our address just over the Welsh border in Llangollen, LL20 by arrangement. 

Our items are packed carefully and we try to dispatch on the next business day following receipt of payment, although it may occasionally take up to 3 working days due to our rural location. If you need an item urgently please contact us before purchasing to see if we are able to meet your requirements and if necessary include a premium postage option.

Please ensure that you provide accurate delivery details. We are unable to refund postage costs in the case of non-delivery returns.

Postage costs are calculated on actual costs, plus an allowance for packing materials and the 13% commission that is charged by eBay on the postage paid. If the postage cost is significantly less than expected we will refund the difference.

Quoted delivery is to mainland UK addresses only; please contact us before bidding if you require a quote for delivery to Highlands and Islands.
