French, Yalding (Kent, England). Pic #12 shows the citation for entry in the Clock & Watchmakers' Handbook, showing that this may have been made by Mrs. John French and so has a special interest through being female-made. Hand-painted floral vignettes to each corner; mechanism to reverse presents well but has not been tested or interfered with in any way. Rope pulley has weights to either end.
