leitz microscope POL condenser for Orthoplan, Ortholux 2 etc. This is a Leitz microscope Polarising condenser Orthoplan, Ortholux 2, labolux etc. as it has a standard Leitz dovetail condenser slider. It is in good condition(it needs a clean as it has been stored a while) and the iris diaphragm, centering screws and the flip top condenser all move smoothly. The lower section swings out which contains the rotatable polarising filter and a holder for a wave plate. There is a securing screw for the rotating polarising filter and it is labeled every 90 degrees for aligning it. The top lens is an Achr 0.90 P
