Vintage Manicure / Nail Set in Green Case c.1940 / 50's.  A classic manicure set from the 40's / 50's the outer finished in a green patterned faux leather,  inside is an 11 piece manicure set,  all handled with an attractive green pearlescent plastic,  possibly Lucite or similar.  Case is marked made in England on the inside,  but with no other evident makers marks.  As a guide to size case measures approximately 27 cm's across.  Piece is in good condition,  there are some surface corrosion spots on the metalwork,  and light fading on the top, and marking to the case inner from use,  but still very good for a piece over 50 years old,  all as shown in the pictures.  All proceeds from this sale go to charity,  supporting the work of the Devon Air Ambulance.
