Shipping Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4 to 5 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving cleared payment. You will receive another notification when your order will be prepared and sended to UK from Polish manufacturer. Long waiting time is due to the fact that each product is individually prepared in manufactory for our customers. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty

Warranty covers 12 months for parts and labour.
