Delivery

Postage & Packaging is Free of Charge. We aim to dispatch all items within 1 working day. Items paid for before 12noon on weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. Items bought and paid for over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. All items will be sent via DPD on a 'Next Day' Delivery service.

Once dispatched via DPD, we will send through a tracking number and URL to the email of the winning bidder.

When will I receive my item?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and aim to provide a 5* service across the board so please contact us in the first instance if you have any problems. Please don’t leave negative/neutral feedback without contacting us as we would like to resolve any issues you may have with your purchase. If you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

If you experience any issues whatsoever with your item please email us via the eBay messaging system. We will respond within 24 working hours. If you do not wish to keep the item/s for any reason please contact us within 14 working days after receiving the item/s through the eBay contact system. Return p&p will be at the buyer’s expense. Unwanted items to be returned including all packaging within 14 working days after cancellation is given. New & sealed items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging & accessories. We recommend obtaining a trackable postal receipt to protect against loss or damage. Item/s not as described or, damaged in transit, should be notified to us ASAP after receipt and will be refunded in full within 30 days plus return trackable p&p if applicable. Your statutory rights are, of course, unaffected.

30 Day Warranty

Our 30 day warranty is in place to protect our customers against unforeseen faults with a purchased product. Electronics by nature are prone to developing faults for no specific reason and as such we protect our customers by offering to repair or replace their purchase within 30 days.

Your warranty covers all areas of device hardware failure. Our warranty covers all costs (excluding postage to repair facility). The 30 day warranty does not however cover damage caused by the consumer. Accidental damage (dropping, pressure/impact damage), water damage, tampering or misuse of a purchased product will void your warranty of the device. Cosmetic damage caused by the consumer is also not covered by the 30 day warranty. Gadget batteries are not covered in the 30 day warranty as they are a consumable accessory of the device and they are sold as-is with the device.

Software support is not covered under your 30 day warranty. Devices that are found to have modified programming or firmware will void your warranty.
