3.     We are unable to send items via express 24 Hr courier for delivery on Saturday's and Sunday's.

4.     Please do not assume that items are supplied with accessories or other parts that are not pictured or listed nothing is included with any items unless otherwise stated in the above item description. No screws are provided unless otherwise stated.

5.     Our items are 100% Genuine, our used original parts professionally removed from working branded computers are refurbished and tested before being listed.

6.     Your item will usually be dispatched within 24hs after we confirm cleared payment.  We can only ship the item through the PayPal confirmed address.

7.     If you do not receive your item in the normal period 5 working days, please contact us via eBay message first.  Refunds for returns within 14 days of the delivery date, where item is in original condition, we will cover any postage costs if it is our mistake, else a handling fee plus postage will debited.  Please contact us through eBay messaging.

PAYMENT :   PayPal is easy and safe, and currently we can only accept PayPal payments.

SHIPPING :   Free postage  items for the UK are sent Royal Mail 48hr Tracked 2–3 day service, all post is collected in the evening so may not enter the mail system until the next working day.  (Except Weekend and Holidays) it will take longer.

Customs and Duty fees:   The buyer is responsible for any import customs duties, fees, and other charges imposed by local customs office of the country posted to.
