FAQ:
Q….Do you process E-6 yourselves or wait to accumulate a certain number of films
before sending them away for processing ?
A….All film processing is carried out here in the lab ( usually within a few days ),
nothing gets sent away.
Q….Do you process films by hand ?
A….No not at all, we use a continuous ( cine type ) processing machine for E-6.
Q….Do you process any other cine films ?
A….Only modern E-6 compatible films including specially slit films such as 9.5mm films ( please enquire ).
There are older ‘non standard’ colour reversal films like Agfacolor for example which we can’t process because
they are not compatible through E-6 and may have a rem-jet backing which we’re unable to remove during processing,
Q….Can you push process E-6 films ?
A….Yes at extra charge. We can push up to 2 stops or pull down 1 stop.
Q….Can you scan and make a DVD of my film after processing ?
A….Sorry no, we don’t offer cine film scanning, but please enquire for recommended scanning facilities.
Q….Can you cross-process my colour negative film through E-6 ?
A….No I’m afraid we can’t. Process ECN-2 films like the Kodak Vision series have a rem-jet
backing which we’re unable to remove during processing.
