We offer a 30-day money back returns policy. We must be informed of cancellations/requests to return items within 14 days (starting the day after delivery). Goods must then be returned no later than a further 14 days.

All returns are at the cost of the buyer (from the point the goods leave our warehouse, regardless of their progress in transit).
