The dates given above are estimated times.  We cannot be held liable for any delayed deliveries for reasons out with our control eg, weather, bank holidays etc. Please note "working days" do not include sat/sun or bank holidays. If your item is required for a specific date please contact us to make sure we can meet these requirements.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY ITEMS are only guaranteed next day if ordered by 10am. (excludes sundays & public holidays). It may be possible to arrange NEXT DAY delivery after this time however you would need to contact us direct before purchase to ensure this can be done.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns for any reason for any non-personalised items within 14 days, providing items are in an unused condition, in the original packaging. Buyer pays return postage in all cases unless items are faulty, (we may need a photo of any damage)or we have made an error with the order. Your payment will be refunded immediately once we receive the item back.

Personalised OR MADE TO ORDER items are NON-RETURNABLE unless faulty, or we have made an error, in which case the item will be replaced and posted at no further charge. In these cases if we ask you to return the item we will specify how this is to be sent back and you will be reimbursed for any return postage costs once the item has been received back to us. We will not refund excessive return postal charges, this must be pre arranged.

For this reason you need to double check your spelling/personalisation details as we will not spell check or amend your message in any way.
