ReturnUnwanted or Unsuitable Items If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re- saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.
Damaged Items Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
