Wilson Tyler liveaboard narrow boat with mooring in central Bath. Volusia 58ft Liveaboard/ Cruiser on the Kennet and Avon canal. With transferable full residential mooring at Bath Narrowboats on Bathwick Hill in Bath. This is a five minute walk from Pultney Bridge and the Rugby Ground. All mooring fees are paid up until January and all transfer fees will be included in the sale. She has all safety certification in date and her waterways licences will be transferred on completion of sale. Based on a Tyler Wilson traditional Hull Volusia has been meticulously maintained being dry docked for blacking and new anodes in August 2017. She was also surveyed during this period and her hull is in excellent condition. We bought her as a weekend get away from London but recent work commitments have meant that we no longer have the time to enjoy, in our ownership we have spent a few weekends and weeks cruising the Kennet and Avon as well as enjoying the delights of Bath whilst spending time onboard due to her extremely fantastic position. The mooring is extremely private, secure and has all facilities that you could ever need including a parking space. There is always a friendly member of the team on hand if you need advice or a hand on any aspect of boating. She has a traditional layout comprising of Engine room where all of the controls and access to the engine space and batteries. One starting battery and four leisure batteries. Engine has dual alternators and 1360 hours. Rear double bedroom with wardrobe and ample storage Bathroom with a proper toilet, shower and sink finished to a high level - toilet has a holding tank Kitchen with a standard cooker, washing machine and fridge with lots of storage - floor is black slate. Dinette area that can be reconfigured into face to face or L shaped dining but also converts to the second double bed - TV/DVD player. Lounge area that has the solid fuel stove, settee and chest of drawers for additional storage. Leads out through double doors to the front open seating area which can easily sit four to six people. There is a comprehensive folder of instructions, receipts and documentation for all work and equipment fitted to Volusia including the original build diagrams. She is being sold with all fixtures and fittings so you can literally bring your clothes, wine and food and get on with it. All fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality.
